TRADITIONAL

Grown at High Altitudes, with Exceptional Flavor
Our coffee grows between 1,800 and 2,100 meters above sea level, a condition that places it among the highest quality in the world.
At these altitudes, the grain develops more slowly, allowing its most valuable qualities to be concentrated: larger, healthier grains, bright acidity, complex flavors, intense aromas, and a highly prized natural sweetness.
The height also acts as a natural barrier against pests like the coffee borer, allowing us to offer cleaner, agrochemical-free coffee.
Our Traditional coffee stands out for its clean cup profile, with a rating of 84,5 points, supporting its excellent quality.

HONEY

Honey Coffee – Natural Sweetness from Heights
Our Honey coffee comes from crops located 2,000 meters above sea level, where the cool climate and altitude favor a slow and uniform ripening of the bean. This coffee is processed using the amielado (Honey) method, an artisanal technique that preserves part of the fruit's mucilage during drying, intensifying its natural sweetness and complexity in the cup.
The result is a unique experience: a sweet and fruity profile, with marked notes of yellow fruits, chocolate, and sugar cane. Its silky body and balanced acidity make it an exceptional choice for lovers of coffee with character.
With a clean cup and a score of 86 points, this coffee represents the best of controlled natural processing.
